I've been going to the gym every morning at 6:00 am with a friend. I would never do this if it weren't for her, and for that I am both grateful and annoyed.

Because I am so not a morning person. I would much rather stay in bed until the sun is at least up!

That said, I feel so much better throughout the day, having exercised already, so it's all good.

Even if I do sometimes come home from the gym and crawl back in bed to sleep to my heart's content.
