Only when every one of us and every nation learns the secret of love for all mankind will the world become a great orchestra, following the beat of the Greatest Conductor of all. ~Artur Rodzinski
Tonight was the first rehearsal with the choir and orchestra together. The baritone hasn't arrived yet, so I felt blessed to have the extra time. I'm struggling with this piece, and praying that all will work out okay.
For 2012, I am finally doing Project 365, which is something I've wanted to do for a very long time. While I'm not super good at posting the pictures daily, I haven't missed a day yet, and it's now March. I can't wait to have the entire year's worth of daily photos...what a treasure it will be!
I am the mother to three beautiful, brilliant and bossy daughters. I'm married to Joel, Dr. Maestro Orchestra Conductor extraordinaire. When I'm not working on my mother of the year status, you can find me singing professionally, teaching voice lessons at the University or in my home, taking lots and lots of photographs, listening to opera, finding a good deal on groceries, reading a good book, or maybe even scrapbooking (that is, if I'm not blogging). Life is definitely overstuffed, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
